“Vicky said she had been thinking about some changes, maybe not being so involved in the retail side of things. And I said that I had been thinking as well. If I hadn't had (son) Isaac, I don't think I would have considered leaving the business, but having had that year off as a mother had really made me think about whether I could, or wanted to, do both ? baby and business.”
